| What is required to book a trip? * The date you want to book the charter. * We have a 48 hour hold policy. We will hold your trip for 48 hours if we do not receive a verbal commitment we will offer that time slot to our other customers. * Once we have a verbal agreement we require a deposit within 7 business days.

| What is the policy regarding bad weather? My main concern is your comfort and safety. Foul weather is a serious matter. I will make a judgment based on all available fishing and weather reports. If the conditions permit us to fish and you choose not to fish then you forfeit your deposit. |

| Rates based on daily charter and a maximum passengers per boat. Rates include fishing licenses for resident and non resident, ice, bait tackle. Price does not include food and drink. Day trips are based on 7 A.M. start times. We can customize any trip, give us a call. All ending times on the charters are when your lines come out of the water. |

Coconut Grove is a very popular shopping and entertainment area located near the shores of Biscayne Bay. It is within a few blocks of great hotels and the home to many fine restaurants and pubs and is one of the most popular night spots in Miami. On any day or night, you see hundreds of people strolling the sidewalks and enjoying the outdoor cafe's and shops. |

* Sunscreen Do I need a fishing license? * We pay for everyone's fishing license. What's the best way to avoid getting seasick?
* Take any type of seasick pill the night before and again in the morning or just use the patch at night.
